I chose my new last name from my favorite feminine character in the movie “Lord of The Rings” . Arwen is of the Elfin people, is lovely, loving, articulate, intelligent, courageous and spirited - and those are the qualities I am aspiring to embody.

I have been a junior high school band, orchestra and choir director from 1989  - 2006  and have taught private music lessons as well. I a now preparing to become a minister -  New Thought Minister by taking prerequisite course work to become a Practitioner.

 I am forming ideas about impacting change for a better society …through public speaking and writing books. And I plan to do so in a  joyous and spirited way, inspiring and uplifting people. It is my happiness to do so.

My new 'words of the year' are PEACE and INSPIRATION. Peace within me, peace all around me, to bring about more peace, to bring more peace to others and so on. One can be at peace while creating change in the world. One can also be at peace within while laughing their buns off! Peace, Peace, Peace.

Inspiaration because I feel I am Diviely inspired. I feel inspired to impact change for the better in our society and my community…and I feel I do inspire others with the book I have started writing and with my teaching. I love the word INSPIRATION.
